Building Layout

The first number of the room corresponds to what floor you are on. For example, this map depicts the third floor so all the rooms begin with 3. The last two numbers correspond to where your room is. Rooms ending in the numbers 1-20 are in Jones South while rooms ending in numbers 21 - 39 are located in Jones North. The third and fourth floor have the exact same layout while the second floor only differs in the central layout (it has larger suites).

The 2nd through 4th floors of Jones College contain the rooms, suites, hallways, and lobbies in which Jonesians sleep, work, and play. The first floors have a few rooms each, but they are only for Upperclassmen. Jones is divided into North and South wings which are connected by Jones Central. Each floor has its own culture, as well as an appointed representative who relays the floors views to Cabinet.

If you don't identify as well with the culture of one floor, everyone is welcome to visit, any other floor. Each floor on North and South have open lobby areas, as well as bathrooms which are shared by the floor. Jones is unique in its large amount of singles, which are usually reserved for seniors. Each year, the floors compete against each other in the Jones Floor Olympics to prove their superiority. The floors provide social centers and a welcoming environment to Jonesians of all types.
